This session will describe campus and system efforts to support development and review of online courses that meet a standard of “high quality” using the CSU Quality Learning & Teaching (QLT) instrument. Within the CSU, instructors have the option to move from informal campus-level review, to a system-level formal review using certified reviewers from across the system. Channel Islands will describe a pilot, which provided three course review pathways. CSU Stanislaus will describe how a Faculty Learning Community provided support for faculty. At the system level, implementation of the CSU QLT course certification program, process, stages, and online tools will be shared. Strategies shared include: a QLT Reviewer Training course; QLT peer mentors; a QLT FLC, and; management tools.
