Paul manages the EdTech Ecosystem Services team at UC San Diego, which develops and maintains a broad range of instructional technology tools and applications. His team is responsible for administering multiple learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, moodle, openEdX) and their LTI plugins. He also directs the team’s deployment of student computing environment frameworks, using container and cloud technologies. Paul has worked in research/academic IT at UC San Diego for 20+ years, and holds an M.S. in Physical Geography from the University of Delaware.
